Hmm, Peter really is in a unique position. Imagine waking up one day and having no idea who you are, where you are from, whatever. A little later you are given a box that contains all your memories. Do you open it? It sounds like a twilight zone episode.

In any case, I would probably do the same thing peter did and save the box for later. We do have confirmation in this episode however, that his powers are operating entirely on instinct, as opposed to at will.

With Kensei, unless I’m mistaken, he is currently the earliest known hero. And assuming time travel doesn’t factor itself in, that means he’s most likely close to the origin of the hero genetic trait. Makes one wonder…

With the whole thing with West, Noah (he’ll always be HRG to me, especially with the comment Noah made), and the painting. One would guess that West knows a lot more than he’s letting on, and could possibly even be the Symbol killer. He certainly seems to be getting attracted to Claire (keep in mind that just because Claire looks calm in the painting doesn’t mean she approves of her father’s death. She could be faking until she can get revenge for his killing or information or whatever.) That would explain how he didn’t die from the fall when he killed Kaito, and if he can fly at supersonic speeds like Nathan can, he could get to New York and back in no time.

I’d also like to take this moment to state that if Maya & Alejandro’s new American friend hasn’t died or left by the middle of next episode, he probably has a power. Call it nerd intuition, but i say the guy has a power, either that or he stole Claire’s car: it’s the same model, and has a bumper sticker on it with the Costa Verde High School logo on it, which is Claire’s school. He could also just be a student, and a way to hook Claire up with the Wonder twins(who then hooks the up with Noah, and in turn Mohinder? Only time will tell). I wonder if Maya’s disease could work on Claire? I doubt it, maybe kill her for a bit then poof back to life like on the examination table in season 1.

Ah well, till next week.

PS also, it’s smart of Matt to use his Telepathy to try to see into Molly’s dreams, but she’s going to get pissed at him for that later.
