Happy Thanksgiving all! (or, if you live outside the US, happy totally random day on which some people give thanks (thanks give?) for various things)
I thought I’d try doing this review in a stream of consciousness thing, after each scene, I’ll pause, write a bit, and play again.
Here goes:
The first scene with Claire & Noah where everyone is packing:
If he’s worried about looking suspicious, why is he insisting that they vanish without tying up loose ends? It’ll look weird if they don’t at least give some sort of reason for leaving…
Hiro at his father’s funeral:
Aw c’mon man! Didn’t you learn anything from the incident with Charlie? (a moment later: okay at least you’re hiding behind the pigeon coops)
Matt and Molly:
a) dude, let her look for some of them, they can’t all have power like your dad! (although they could have a bliss and horror thing, reminiscent of the Haitian’s dad). Wait…HOLY FREG! MIND CONTROL! Dude, you should feel a bit guilty for using it on Molly though, except it was by accident.
Mohinder, Bob, and Elle poolside:
Elle and Mohinder as partners…dang. This should be…amusing. Or disasterous. Or both. Poor Mohinder *grin*.
Claire, West, and the rocks:
I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times: tell him everything! You should have done that from the beginning! Though that I’m just a cheerleader line was nice, really fit her character.
Matt, and his boss (what’s his name? *heroes wiki search* Detective Fuller):
Oh…Oh you’re sneaky… be careful, don’t get sloppy.
Sandra and Noah, west’s picture and the paintings:
*she’s holding his hand* Don’t do it… *she pulls her hand loose* yes…! “I’m going to take Lyle to school” YES! YOU ROCK SANDRA!
Bennet/Mohinder, Elle and Bob:
“He’s adorable. Can I keep him?” Oh yea. Poor Mohinder.
Hiro and Kaito on rooftop:
Even if he has to die that night, You’ve got all the time in the world (to paraphrase Marty McFly) go somewhere, have him tell you everything, and drop him back once you’ve passed into the acceptance stage of grief.
Noah going West hunting:
Stupid Noah, leave the darn kid HOLY… West, you are amazing. *claps*
Noah, West, & Mohinder:
While flying: Good job Bennet, you told the truth like a good boy. *Mohinder calls* hmm…aw crud.
Bob, and Claire:
Oh, NICE one Bob *facepalm* *groan*
Elle, Mohinder, and Noah
“Start driving” *click* “Please” ahh, it’s always so easy to be polite when you’re in control of a situation. Or you think you are. Either way *shrug*
West, Mohinder, Noah, Elle, and Sandra:
It would appear you can change the future if, you are there when it happens, you have seen the painting (or the future itself, whatever), and you have the means to do so. It’s nice to see that West’s moral compass always points (Ironically) North. He gets points for the deadpan “Hi Mrs. Butler!” And when Elle goes “what, you think this is my first day?” and zaps herself, I kinda expected Noah to respond with the same words. He get nifty ingenuity points though.
Claire & Bob:
Good for you Claire, you’ve got the same philosophy as Mohinder seems to: Do the right thing, regardless of which side it’s on. If you join the company willingly, and meet up with Mohinder…dang.
Hiro and Kaito at his mother’s funeral (and Mini-Hiro!)
Ahhhh! Mini-Hiro! Yes! His toy sword even has the Symbol on the hilt! How amazing is that!
Sandra, West, and Noah
He is going of course, it’s not like you can stop him without tying him up. And then he wouldn’t be home with his family.
Kaito, Hiro, Ando (And Adam) on the rooftop:
So when Hiro vanishes just before Kaito dies, I’m like DUDE! STAY AND SEE WHO HIS KILLER IS! WTF? Then When Adam shows up, and you see part of his face, I think, wait, I think that’s Adam, and as he runs to kill Kaito, I think makes sense: he could survive the fall easily and run away. Then Hiro stops time and I think Oh, good he took my advice. Then It shows Adam’s face and I’m all like Damn I’m good…
Claire, Bob, Mohinder, Elle, Noah, and West (The Showdown)
Interesting turn of events: It was West Claire was with in the photograph, but they wern’t kissing. And it wasn’t Claire or west that shot Noah, it was Mohinder, but not in the painting we thought it would be. Very interesting set of twists. The car talk was a nice touch.
The ending scene:
*insert incoherent gibbering here* DANG!
The “Next week on Heroes”:
… So Hiro is going to find out that Peter is working with Adam, Niki dosen’t even get the blood (or if she does, it can’t cure her because the virus neutralizes powers), and Claire and Elle either team up, or have a showdown. Should be fun, but then it always is.
Highlights: Mini-Hiro, “Hi Mrs. Butler! Nice to see you again.” and that ending scene, with the eyeball, there are no words.

Was that Claire’s blood in the transfusion? DVCR cut the end off but whouldn’t Claire’s blood heal her dad?

yea that was Claire’s blood at the end, for those who had the DVR cut it off. He healed and got resurrected, suddenly sat up and said “Holy Sh-!”
Hence the *insert incoherent gibbering here* bit.
The only thing I find issue with, is that If Noah was dead his heart stopped, so how did the blood get to his eye to heal it?
