He healed and got resurrected, suddenly sat up and said "Holy Sh-!" Hence the *insert incoherent gibbering here* bit. The only thing I find issue with, is that If Noah was dead his heart stopped, so how did the blood get to his eye to heal it? yea that was Claire’s blood at the end, for those who had the DVR cut it off.
