I am at a loss for words.
Tim Kring, (and everyone who worked on season 1 of heroes for that matter) you are amazing, and if doing so would not seem stalker-ish and creepy, I’d be putting you in my will right now.

That being said i don’t care that you killed off Nathan, or that Angela Petrelli turned out to have been planning Peter’s explosion from before day one, but why in the name of all that is evil, did you have Sylar escape into the sewers? come on! we know you already have a billian lined up for next season, because of who molly walker described, so why have 2? Wait, stupid question. At the start of the season, we seemed to have 2 bad guys: Mr. Noah Bennet and Sylar, Bennet seemed like the bigger bad guy, until we realized just what Sylar was doing, and that Bennet was the good guy. Perhaps with the next season, we will see Sylar return as a bad guy, only to assist in defeating whomever it was that molly walker described.
But it would be downright silly of me to make predictions more than 1 episode ahead for this show, and this wold be a whole season ahead, so don’t bet on this.

I’d also like to state that both Peter and Nathan are idiots. Even ignoring the fact that Peter could have teleported out of there (assuming he knows he can) He could simply have flown away without harming Nathan. Nathan does gain points for switching sides dramatically at the last minute though.

Resolved/updated theories:
Peter is the bomb: DUH.
Hiro will kill Sylar: May or may not be true depending on if Sylar survives he sewer trip. Especially if that cockroach is helping him.
Hiro is Kensai: very unlikely. it could still be a different incarnation of Future Hiro wearing that armor, but it’s more likely to just be Kensai
Mr. Deveaux has a power: toss up depending on whether that was a reverse prophetic vision peter had or not. If it was then Deveaux’s power is likely to see the future which would explain how he was able to have the conversation with Peter, and how Angela Petrelli would know about the bomb that far in advance.

All in all i was expecting a bit more from the Peter/Sylar fight, but I was still not disappointed in this episode.
Heroes, thou art filled with win. I salute you.

Till next Season,
Zettageek
PS I just noticed Hiro’s blog is back to normal, no more of the future hiro posts, and the old archives have returned, plus a new post. One has to wonder if in 5 years, if Heroes is still going strong, they’ll repost those Future Hiro posts about the time that Future Hiro would have posted them…
